The existing carriage house was an underutilized part of an estate on Lee Avenue in Easthampton.  The project involved virtually demolishing and rebuilding the existing carriage house.

The rebuilt carriage house has been made much more liveable with new windowed dormers, a full bath, kitchen and bar, billiard room/entertaining room and sitting room. It's now one of the favorite parts of the estate.
